Tiger is lonely!
We went to Glyndon this weekend. We left Tiger alone in the house. He has always been okay with this or maybe I just thought so. When we got home on Sunday about 2:00pm, Tiger was ready to go outside for an awhile. When I let him back in it was like letting in a cat on pure sugar. He was all over the place and if you were unfortunate enough to pass within his paw reach you got scratched. I tired holding him a cuddling with him he was having none of it. So I kind of left him alone and went into my sewing room to watch the Olympics, or to other people a nap.
When I got up I went into the kitchen and Tiger was on the table using my hair plant as a paw support to reach the string for the ceiling fan. From the looks of the plant he had did that a lot this weekend. The entire little fairy figurines collection was out of the plant and the plant looked really droopy. I was scared he would end up pushing the whole thing on the floor so I moved it to the stand by the door and put a basket of crocheted flowers in the middle table. I went about making supper. Tiger went about destroying the basket of flowers, the table runner all ended up on the floor. He had a ball taking the flowers and batting them one at a time all over the living room, entryway and even all the way to our bedroom. This took him all the time while I made supper and ate. When I stood at the sink doing dishes I notice his handy work. He stood in the middle of the empty table and tried to reach the fan coed. Unfortunately for Tiger Bruce was upstairs and fixed him. He put the string way up and there was no way for Tiger to get it. I thought we were done with Tiger for the evening, he had other ideas. He followed me to my sewing room and jumped up on my chair and started chewing on my hand, scratching me and trying to drink out of my water. I would chase him out of the room and he would go right out in living room and knocked over dishes from counter, attacked Toffee as she slept on the rug and even going downstairs and jumping up and scratching Bruce. Bruce chased him upstairs and I put him outside to cool off and settle down or was that for me to settle down?

Tiger had a few more tricks up for me that night. When I went to my sewing room to watch TV Tiger was in there too. He jumped up on the quilting table and knocked down my rotary cutter and tried to bat it around. Lucky for him the blade was back in the case or he would have got a cut on his paw. This was the last straw and I put Tiger outside and didn’t plan on letting g him back in for awhile. I sat down in chair and next thing I knew Tiger was on top of me, purring like crazy and taking a nap with me. He is so cute a cuddly when he is asleep. Kind of like a two year old child. Tiger slept in our room that night and there was no problems. I think he just wanted to be close to us.
